Подготовительные шаги
Ставим качалку
yum install wget
yum install mc
Ставим webmin
http://www.webmin.com/rpm.html
rpm -U webmin-1.620-1.noarch.rpm
The rest of the install will be done automatically to the directory /usr/libexec/webmin, the administration username set to root and the password to your current root password. You should now be able to login to Webmin at the URL http://localhost:10000/. Or if accessing it remotely, replace localhost with your system's IP address.
Using the Webmin YUM repository
cd /etc/yum.repos.d

Добавить EPEL repo
# yum repolist
Enable EPEL
First, you need to enable EPEL repository on your system. You don’t need to configure this repository manually in your yum. Instead, download the following package and install it, which will enable the EPEL repository on your system.

rpm -ivh epel-release-6-5.noarch.rpm
yum update
и теперь
Ставим модули для perl из EPEL
yum install pam-devel
yum install perl-Authen-PAM
5. yum готов к работе.
Далее вы можете: a) обновить все установленные в вашей системе пакеты:
#yum update
b) установить пакет:
#yum install имя_пакета
c) удалить пакет:
#yum remove имя_пакета
d) обновить пакет:
#yum update имя_пакета
e) просмотреть информацию о пакете:
#yum info имя_пакета
f) просмотреть список доступных пакетов:
#yum list имя_пакета

Due to differences between how CentOS, RHEL, and Scientific Linux populate the $releasever variable, it is necessary to manually replace $releasever with either «5» (for 5.x) or «6» (for 6.x), depending upon your OS version.
